Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the provisions of the Contract, including these Terms and Conditions, by manifesting such acceptance by any of the following: 

(a) signing and returning to Corporation a copy of the Contract; 

(b) sending to Corporation a written acknowledgment of the Contract; 

(c) placing a purchase order 

(d) accepting delivery of all or any part of the Product; 

(e) paying for all or any part of the Product;  

(f) or indicating in some other manner Buyer’s acceptance of the Contract. 

Corporation may revoke its offer to sell the Product at any time prior to Buyer’s acceptance.

Our company contract includes the following requirements:

Product modification: 

The products showed on the website might be modified or discontinued without advising in advance

Product quotation: The quotation is based on EXW term (shenzhen) in US dollar

Payment: By T/T， Cash or by PayPal

Delivery time: 

Approximately 2-3 weeks upon receipt of your 50% diposit or full payment. The exact delivery date should be finally confirmed by the sales representatives depending on the quantities and business seasons..

Return & exchange:

Returning or exchanging are possible within 7 days after receiving the goods.

1) all products for such reasons, is a backlog of one year from the date of delivery rate of 100% return.

2) influence the second sale of products do not belong to the category of return.

3) exchange products and freight shall be borne by party b.

4) for the quality of party b when payment for goods return goods purchase expenses incurred losses.
